Shipping policy

We use a number of different carriers depending on the region. 

For most overseas deliveries we require a signature.

UK

Free Mainland UK Shipping For orders over £100 - All goods must be signed for - we prefer office addresses

In the UK we offer shipping via DPD or Royal Mail to mainland UK, but not the islands and all offshore parts of UK and Northern Ireland. We are charged a surcharge by the couriers.

The main carrier we use for the UK is Royal Mail using a 24 or 48 hour tracked service. Your order will arrive 1-2 days after your goods have been dispatched, depending on region. Please note: we may have to move goods from one location to another. To check your shipping rate, please check the price in the cart or at checkout. Most items dispatched within 1-4 days unless otherwise stated.

FREE shipping is not any quicker or slower than the paid for shipping - we use the same service.

USA

US Tariffs are paid by us

  • We are offering $49 flat rate shipping & 30 days return policy - returns must follow our returns procedure - contact us to find out more.
  • USA Tariffs are paid by us
  • We do not send to PO Boxes  -  all parcels require signature
  • For USA we use UPS or DHL - Signature required (if possible please deliver to work address)

Europe

  • We are offering €39 flat rate shipping & 30 days return policy - returns must follow our returns procedure - contact us to find out more.
  • We may use any one of DHL or UPS road services which can take 2-5 days from the date of dispatch.
  • We offer DAP  delivered at place duty unpaid to Europe so there will be additional customs clearance fees, VAT and duty  charges will apply and the vat will be charged to you at your country's vat rate. What you see at checkout is the untaxed amount that you will pay. EU vat rates vary from 19-25% and Customs clearance fees will add a little more.
  • Call us if you require more information or start a dummy order and view the postage calculation in the cart before checkout.
  • If you live in a remote area there may be out of area surcharges payable. We will contact you if there are surcharges for additional payment. To avoid this please choose to delivery to a Business Address or City.

Rest of World

We use UPS and DHL to send parcels, sometimes we will choose other delivery methods based on speed and location.

  • Customs duty may be applicable when the goods enter your country. Check with your customs.
  • If you live in a remote location there may be an Extra Outside Delivery Area Surcharge. We will call/email you if this is the case. To avoid this please choose to delivery to a Business Address or City.
  • The Rest of the World works on a shipping price matrix based on the weight of the parcel and will be sent UPS.

If you are out when the parcel arrives

  • In the UK, the courier will leave a card and take the parcel back to his depot - unless he has an explicit instruction to leave it in a safe place. Please call the depot - you can re-arrange delivery to another address in the same postcode area free of charge.
  • All parcels are tracked and we usually spot delayed or stuck shipments, but not always - it is essential that we can contact you quickly.
  • In the USA UPS will leave a card and take the parcel back to depot. Please follow the card instructions. we do not offer 'leave in safe place' or with neighbours.
  • In Europe the DPD service will also leave a card. Please check the instructions.
  • If you do not contact the Carrier within the time stated on the card, the parcel will be returned to us and significantly more expense than it cost us to send it. This extra fee is non-refundable in the event of subsequent order cancellation.
