If the heel slips, give the shoe a bend, once worn in, the shoe will develop a natural curve. Refer to the video below
New shoes are rigid and tend to pull at the heel. You should just be able to slip a small finger down the back of the heel.
Important! - All returns and exchanges require an RMA number prior to you returning them.
Please do NOT return any items direct to us in the UK - there can be substantial customs fees and duties payable which will be chargeable to you.
Returns and Exchanges
- Please ensure you have re-read our Terms and Conditions - which you read and agreed to at checkout prior to puchase.
- We pride ourselves on the quality of our shoes and accessories and insist that our staff inspect each pair of shoes carefully before packaging and dispatch.
- As per our Terms and conditions we will not accept returns of any item with customisation or personalisation or that have been used or worn.
- For all other footwear - if for any reason you are not happy with the product, please accept our sincere apologies and send it back with a note and we will either send you a replacement product or refund your money - whichever you prefer.

Returns Policy
We will always refund or exchange the shoes if they are in resellable/perfect condition and we are notified within 30 days of receiving them.
We will not, as a rule, refund the postage back to us unless we have made a mistake or you are exchanging and it has been agreed with us.
As per our Terms and conditions we will not accept returns of any item with customisation or personalisation or that has been used or worn.
Note, if a customer refuses to accept delivery of goods we will only refund once we have received the returned goods and the refund will be net of any charges incurred by us in recovering them.

Please ensure you try your new shoes on carpet as we cannot accept back soiled, scuffed or worn shoes or worn soles.
Returns & Exchanges Procedure
How to return your items

- Contact us in writing, phone, fax or email within 30 days of receipt for a RETURNS NUMBER (an RMA).
- We will send you a returns label. Please DO NOT return an item to us any other way
- Place the box in the return bag we sent, please do not use any other packaging or boxes - excessive size will cause unecessary charges
- Enclose a copy of your original order and any instructions
- Affix the RMA label we sent you.
- Write "British Goods Returned" on the package.
- Take to the nearest return office
- Please do NOT return any items direct to us in the UK
Refunds
Once we have confirmation of receipt of the returned goods and the condition report we will process the refund.
