We use a number of different carriers depending on the region.

Since our products are valuable we require a signature for all deliveries.




In the UK we offer flat rate shipping of £6 (inclusive of vat) to mainland UK, but not highlands and islands and all offshore parts of UK and Northern Ireland.

The main carrier we use for the UK is Interlink Express on a 24 or 48 hours service, after your goods have been despatcheddepending on region.

To check your shipping rate, please check the price in the cart or at checkout. Most items dispatched within 4 days unless otherwise stated.


For Europe we use DPD service which can take 2-5 days from the date of dispatch.

Some parts of Europe we may use fedex and can be expensive.

The DPD service is based on zones, we use a flat rate within those zones up to 30Kg.

Call us if you require more information or place a dummy order and view the postage calculation.

USA and Rest of the World

The USA and the Rest of the World we use Fedex or UPS. In the USA we charge a flat rate of USD 25 so you can order more pairs with no extra shipping charge. Please note: If you live in a remote location there may be an Outside Delivery Area Surcharge. e will call you if this is the case. To avoid this please choose to delivery to a Business Address or City.

The Rest of the World works on a shipping price matrix based on the weight of the parcel and will be sent UPS or TNT.

Please Note: We do not send to PO Boxes  -  all parcels require signature


We ship 90% of our orders within 4 days. Occasionally the time to dispatch may be significantly longer, for example with customised products, or items that are in production.

If you have any doubts about availability or you are in a hurry please call us to check, we may also have a similar alternative that will suffice.

If you are out when the parcel arrives

In the UK, the courier will leave a card and take the parcel back to his depot - unless he has an explicit intruction to leave it in a safe place. Please call the depot - you can re-arrange delivery to another address in the same postcode area free of charge.

All parcels are tracked and we usually catch delayed or stuck shipments but not always - it is essential that we can contact you quickly.

In the USA Fedex/UPS will leave a card and take the parcel back to depot. Please follow the card instructions. we do not offer 'leave in safe place' or with neighbors.

In Europe the DPD service will also leave a card. Please check the instructions.

If you do not contact the Carrier within the time stated on the card, the parcel will be returned to us and significantly more expense than it cost us to send it.

Please ensure we have all your contact details. 

Finally - in the UK - if you are frequently out - have you considered the "Hippo Box", we have no commercial arrangement with them, we just want to ensure our parcels are delivered safely. Please find out more here.
